Kapitel: the future does not happen by itself – it must be created and built

Kapitel, known as E.L.L. Real Estate until November 2017, is one of the Baltics’ largest real estate companies, engaged mainly in managing office and commercial real estate projects in the role of developer, investor, and property manager. We focus on long-term real estate investments, including retail, office, and hotels.

Kapitel operates in capital cities and we have over 50 employees working in our companies in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Prague, and Amsterdam. The volume of Kapitel group’s assets has grown from 0.7 million euros in 1997 to a current 300 million euros. Kapitel has invested some 400 million euros into real estate development projects in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, and Prague, and plans to invest 30–50 million euros annually in years to come.

Kapitel has a BCS Itera customer who uses Dynamics NAV Soft4Real business solution to manage their daily business (from finance to commercial management) and implements the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central solution.
